We require 50% upfront before work begins — this secures your project slot and covers initial strategy and design work. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery before files and login credentials are transferred. For larger Pro projects, we sometimes use a 3-payment structure: 30% to start, 30% at design approval, 40% at launch.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (see package details above). Additional revision rounds beyond what's included are billed at $200 per round. New pages, features, or sections not in the original scope require a written change order before work begins — we'll quote it fairly and clearly.

For projects $5,000 and above, we can discuss a structured payment schedule beyond the standard 50/50 split. We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and PayPal. All invoices are sent digitally for a smooth process.

After signing the contract and paying the deposit, we'll send you a detailed onboarding questionnaire and a content checklist. We'll need your logo (if you have one), photos, any existing copy, login access to relevant accounts, and answers to our discovery questions about your business, customers, and goals. We guide you through all of it.

Absolutely. Copywriting, logo design, Google Business Profile optimization, speed optimization, and maintenance plans are the most common add-ons. We'll present options that make sense for your specific project during the discovery call — never pressure you into what you don't need.

Our contract includes a kill fee policy to protect both parties. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a portion of the total fee is retained based on how far along we are: 25% if cancelled in the first week, scaling up to 75–100% if cancelled after significant work is complete. The upfront deposit is non-refundable. This protects us for the time invested and protects you with a clear, predictable policy from day one.
