We require 50% upfront to begin, which secures your project slot and covers initial strategy and design. The remaining 50% is due at final delivery, before files and access are transferred. For Platinum and Diamond projects, we can structure payments as 30% to start, 30% at design approval, and 40% at launch. We accept credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and PayPal.

For projects $2,500 and up, we can discuss a payment schedule beyond the standard 50/50 split. Bring it up on your discovery call. We are flexible on structure, not on the total.

Bronze includes 1 round, Silver includes 2, and Gold includes 3. Extra rounds beyond that are $200 per round. New pages or features outside the original scope need a short written change order before we start, so you always see the price first.

Our contract includes a kill fee to protect both sides. Cancel in the first week and 25% of the total fee is retained. Cancel after significant work is complete and it scales up to 75 to 100%. The upfront deposit itself is non-refundable. It is a clear, predictable policy from day one.

Timelines depend on the package and how quickly you get us content. Bronze takes about 1 week, Silver about 2 weeks, Gold about 3 weeks, and Platinum runs 4 to 5 weeks. Diamond projects are custom scoped and vary. The biggest delay on any project is usually waiting on photos, copy, or approvals from the client side, so we tell you exactly what we need and when.

Yes. Custom copywriting is included in every package. We write your headlines, service descriptions, about content, and calls to action based on what you tell us during discovery, so it sounds like you, not a generic template. You review and approve everything before it goes live.

After the contract and deposit, we send an onboarding questionnaire and content checklist. We need your logo, if you have one, photos, any existing copy you want to keep, and answers to our discovery questions. We handle the writing, so you do not have to write a word if you do not want to. Most clients are surprised how little they need to do upfront.

We do not edit, maintain, or build on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or any page builder platform. Every site is built from scratch in clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with no bloated plugins, license fees, or templates. If you already have a WordPress or Wix site, we rebuild it from scratch at the appropriate tier rather than patch the existing one.

Yes, but we rebuild rather than patch. Starting fresh in hand-coded HTML, CSS, and JavaScript gives you a faster, cleaner, more durable result than trying to fix an old template. Price is the same as building new: it's scoped by page count and functionality, not by whether an old site already exists.

Yes. You own every file and all the code from the moment your final payment is made. Your site is never locked behind a subscription we control. We host on our managed infrastructure for reliable performance, and if you ever want to move elsewhere, we hand over every file, with no holdback and no exit fee.

A care plan is an optional monthly service where we host and actively maintain your site after launch. Plans start at $25 a month for managed Hosting, $75 for Maintain, $150 for Support (our most popular plan), and $300 for a full Partner relationship with monthly reports, dev hours, and SEO monitoring. You don't need one, your site runs fine without it, but most clients like having someone watching it and handling small updates.

Every package includes a 30-day post-launch support window for small fixes and adjustments. After that, clients on a Support or Partner care plan get dev hours included every month. Without a care plan, one-off changes are quoted and billed individually, and we always show you the price before doing anything.

Every site we build has on-page SEO from day one: unique title tags, meta descriptions, Open Graph tags, schema markup, a sitemap, and robots.txt on every page. For local SEO, ranking in your city for your service, we recommend Gold tier or higher, which includes full keyword research, Search Console setup, and Google Business Profile optimization. Local SEO results typically show up in 30 to 90 days.
