We require 50% upfront to begin — this secures your project slot and covers the initial strategy and design work. The remaining 50% is due at final delivery before files and access are transferred. For larger Platinum and Diamond projects, we can structure payments as 30% to start, 30% at design approval, and 40% at launch. We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and PayPal.

For projects $2,500 and above, we can discuss a structured payment schedule beyond the standard 50/50 split. Contact us during the discovery call to discuss what works for your situation — we're flexible on structure, not on the total.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds beyond what's included are billed at $200 per round. New pages, features, or sections not in the original scope require a written change order before work begins — we'll quote it clearly before doing anything.

Our contract includes a kill fee policy to protect both parties. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a portion of the total fee is retained based on how far along we are — 25% if cancelled in the first week, scaling up to 75–100% if cancelled after significant work is complete. The upfront deposit is non-refundable. This protects both sides with a clear, predictable policy from day one.

Timelines depend on the package and how quickly you can get us content. A Bronze landing site takes about 1 week. Silver takes 2 weeks. Gold takes 3 weeks. Platinum and Diamond are typically 4–6 weeks. The biggest delay in any project is usually waiting on content from the client — photos, approvals, or decision-making. We'll walk you through exactly what we need and when so nothing stalls.

Yes — custom copywriting is included in every package. We write the headlines, service descriptions, about content, and calls-to-action based on what you tell us in the discovery process. It sounds like you, not like a generic agency template. You review and approve everything before it goes live.

After signing the contract and paying the deposit, we send you a detailed onboarding questionnaire and a content checklist. We'll need your logo (if you have one), photos, any existing copy you want to keep, and answers to our discovery questions. We handle all the writing — you don't need to write a word if you don't want to. Most clients are surprised how little they need to do upfront.

We don't edit, maintain, or build on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or any page builder platform. We build every site from scratch using clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no bloated plugins, no license fees, no templates. If you currently have a WordPress or Wix site and want to improve it, we'd rebuild it from scratch at the appropriate tier, not patch the existing one.

Yes — but we rebuild, not patch. We start fresh in clean HTML/CSS/JS, which gives you a faster, cleaner, and more durable result than trying to fix an old template. The price is the same as building a new site — scoped on the number of pages and functionality needed, not on whether an old site exists.

Yes — you own every file and all the code from the moment your final payment is made. Your website is not locked behind any subscription we control. We host sites on our managed infrastructure, which gives you reliable, fast performance without you having to think about servers or Netlify accounts. If you ever want to move your site elsewhere, we'll hand over every file — no holdback, no exit fee.

A care plan is an optional monthly service where we host and actively maintain your site after launch. Plans start at $25/month for managed hosting and go up to $300/month for a full partnership — monthly reports, dev hours, SEO monitoring, and quarterly strategy calls. You don't need a care plan. Your site runs on its own. But most clients find that having someone watch it and handle updates is worth the peace of mind.

Every package includes a 30-day post-launch support window for small fixes and adjustments. Beyond that, clients on a Support or Partner care plan get dev hours included every month. If you're not on a care plan, one-off changes are billed at our standard rate — we'll always quote clearly before doing anything.

Every site we build has on-page SEO built in from day one — unique title tags, meta descriptions, Open Graph tags, schema markup, a sitemap, and robots.txt on every page. For local SEO (ranking in your city for your specific service), we recommend our Gold tier or higher, which includes full keyword research, Google Search Console setup, and Google Business Profile optimization. Local SEO results typically appear within 30–90 days.

No — and any agency that guarantees rankings is being dishonest. Google's algorithm is not controlled by us or anyone else. What we guarantee is that every SEO best practice will be applied correctly and completely. For most of our clients in local markets, that's enough to rank well within a few months.
