No — that's the point. You fill out a brief questionnaire and do a 30–60 minute interview with us. We take that information and do the research, structure, and writing. You review and refine. We don't send you a blank Google Doc and ask you to fill it in.

We listen in the interview for how you actually talk about your business — the phrases you use, what you're proud of, what you hate seeing your competitors claim. Then we write in a version of that voice, polished but authentic. Most clients read the first draft and say "how did you know I'd say it like that?"
