2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number, business name, and project details you enter when reaching out.
  • Email correspondence — any information you share when emailing us directly.

We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit our site, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages — through Google Analytics (see Section 5).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and send you a project proposal
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls
  • Send project updates and invoices related to work you've hired us for
  • Improve our website and services based on usage data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Store Your Information

Contact form submissions are stored securely through our form processor (Netlify Forms or Formspree). Email correspondence is stored within our business email system. We retain client information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations.

We take reasonable technical precautions to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymized data such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. It does not collect personally identifiable information.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Cookies

Our website may use cookies for analytics purposes (Google Analytics). We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings.

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information (subject to our legal obligations)
  • Opt out of any future marketing communications
