Terms of Service

Last updated: April 8, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at greatergracedigital.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses our site or engages our services.

2. Services

Greater Grace Digital provides web design, web development, SEO, branding, Google Ads management, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and terms for any engagement are governed by a separately executed Proposal and/or Statement of Work ("SOW") signed by both parties.

These Terms of Service apply to use of this website. Client-specific service agreements take precedence over these Terms for any active project engagement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is the property of Greater Grace Digital and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Client work: Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns the final deliverables specified in the signed SOW. Greater Grace Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for individual projects are outlined in the signed Proposal or SOW. Standard terms are:

  • 50% deposit required before work begins
  • Remaining 50% due upon project completion, before final files are delivered or site goes live
  • Monthly retainer services are billed in advance at the start of each billing period
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing

Greater Grace Digital reserves the right to pause or terminate work on any project where payment is past due by more than 14 days.

5. Revisions and Scope

The number of revisions included in any project is specified in the signed Proposal or SOW. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be treated as a Change Order and priced accordingly. Greater Grace Digital will notify the client of any scope changes before additional work begins.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate content, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for content supplied to Greater Grace Digital
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Maintaining backups of any website or digital assets after delivery

Project delays caused by client inaction (failure to provide content, approvals, or feedback) may result in revised timelines or additional fees.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced at the hourly rate of $125/hr if the amount exceeds the deposit. No refunds are issued for completed work or monthly retainer periods already in progress.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Greater Grace Digital does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, Google Ads, or other digital marketing services, as results depend on factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greater Grace Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia, and both parties consent to jurisdiction there.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
