Integrations

Business integrations that stop your tools from living in silos.

Stripe payments, CRMs, and third-party APIs connected so the tools you already use talk to each other automatically, no manual exports, no copy-pasting between systems.

One Stack, Connected

Every export and re-upload is a place things go wrong.

Most small businesses run three to five tools that don't talk to each other: a CRM, a payment processor, a scheduling app, each holding its own piece of the picture.

CBOS connects to the tools a consultant already runs their business on. The same approach, wiring your existing stack together instead of replacing it, is what we build for you.

What's included

  • Stripe and payment processor integration
  • CRM connections (HubSpot, Zoho, custom systems)
  • Third-party API integrations
  • Two-way data sync between tools
  • Automated triggers between systems
  • Built around your existing stack, no rip-and-replace
Payments & CRM

A payment that updates the record, automatically.

A Stripe payment triggers a status update in your CRM, a notification to your team, or a receipt to the client, without anyone touching a spreadsheet to keep the two systems in sync.

→ synced automatically
Custom API Work

If it has an API, we can wire it in.

Webhooks, scheduled syncs, and custom logic connecting whatever combination of tools your business runs on, mapped and tested before it ever touches real data.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I have to switch to new software to use this?
No. Integration work connects the tools you already use and pay for, such as your CRM, payment processor, or scheduling system, so they share data automatically. The goal is fewer manual steps between your existing tools, not a rip-and-replace of your stack.
What if the tool I use doesn't have a public API?
Most modern SaaS tools expose an API or at least a webhook, and we check this during discovery before quoting anything. In rare cases without an API, we can still automate around exports or a scheduled sync, though the cleanest integrations use a documented API.
How long does an integration project take?
A single, well-documented integration, like connecting Stripe to a booking form, can take a few days. Multi-system integrations with several APIs and custom logic typically run two to four weeks, all scoped in the quote before we start.
